Such materials may not be copied, modified, reproduced, distributed, republished, or used for commercial purposes without prior written authorization from Tracy’s Dog or the applicable rights holder. Certain content may be provided by third parties under license or other lawful authorization, and all related rights remain with their respective owners.

Trademarks, logos, brand names, product names, product designs, service marks, and other brand elements displayed through Tracy’s Dog platforms are owned by Tracy’s Dog or used with authorization from their respective owners. Nothing on our platforms grants permission to use these trademarks, logos, or brand elements without prior written consent. Any use that may create confusion regarding sponsorship, endorsement, affiliation, partnership, or association with Tracy’s Dog is prohibited.

Certain trademarks, images, videos, designs, software, or other materials displayed through Tracy’s Dog platforms may belong to third parties and are used under license, authorization, or another lawful basis. This Policy does not grant any ownership rights, licenses, or permissions to use third-party intellectual property, and all rights remain with their respective owners.

You may access, browse, and share links to Tracy’s Dog websites and webpages for personal, lawful, and non-commercial purposes, provided that such use does not modify, reproduce, misrepresent content, remove proprietary notices, or imply affiliation, endorsement, or sponsorship by Tracy’s Dog.

Except as expressly permitted by this Policy or with prior written authorization, you may not copy, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, display, upload, repost, sell, license, create derivative works from, or commercially use any content from Tracy’s Dog platforms, including brand assets, product images, product designs, videos, website content, trademarks, logos, or other proprietary materials.

You may not use automated tools or unauthorized methods to scrape, crawl, extract, collect, or reuse content from Tracy’s Dog platforms, or use any content in a way that infringes the rights of Tracy’s Dog, our licensors, partners, or any third party. Any use beyond the permissions stated in this Policy requires prior written authorization from Tracy’s Dog or the applicable rights holder.

Tracy’s Dog actively protects its intellectual property rights and those entrusted to us by others. We reserve the right to take appropriate action against unauthorized use of our content, trademarks, product assets, software, designs, or other proprietary materials, including removal requests, access restrictions, disabling content, or pursuing available legal or administrative remedies. Failure to enforce any right under this Policy does not constitute a waiver of that right.

If you believe that content available through Tracy’s Dog platforms infringes your copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights, or if you identify unauthorized use of Tracy’s Dog intellectual property by a third party, you may submit a claim for review.

Claims will be reviewed in accordance with applicable intellectual property laws and procedures, including the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”) where applicable.

To help us review your claim, please provide:

1. Your name and contact information;

2. Identification of the intellectual property involved;

3. Evidence of ownership or authorization to act on behalf of the rights holder;

4. Identification or location of the allegedly infringing material;

5. A description of the alleged infringement;

6. A statement that you have a good-faith belief the disputed use is unauthorized; and

7. A statement confirming that the information provided is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorized to act on their behalf.

Incomplete, inaccurate, unsupported, misleading, fraudulent, or abusive submissions may not be processed.

After receiving a claim, Tracy’s Dog will review the submitted information and determine whether further action is appropriate. Our review process may include:

Step 1 – Submit Claim
Submit the claim with relevant supporting information.

Step 2 – Review Information
We review the submitted materials and relevant circumstances.

Step 3 – Additional Information (If Required)
We may request additional documentation or clarification when necessary.

Step 4 – Assessment & Resolution
We determine the appropriate response, which may include removing, restricting access to, disabling, or otherwise addressing reported content. Submission of a claim does not guarantee any specific outcome, and Tracy’s Dog reserves the right to determine the appropriate action at its discretion.

Please ensure all submissions are accurate, complete, and made in good faith. Tracy’s Dog reserves the right to disregard incomplete, unsupported, misleading, fraudulent, or abusive submissions and pursue available remedies where appropriate.

All rights not expressly granted in this Policy are reserved by Tracy’s Dog. Nothing in this Policy limits any rights, protections, or remedies available to Tracy’s Dog under applicable intellectual property laws.
