At Tracy's Dog, we believe that quality should never be compromised. That's why we put all of our toys through testing and inspection before sending them to you. And to demonstrate our commitment to your satisfaction, we offer a one(Two) year warranty on all of our products. Even if you've already bought a toy from us, you can still take advantage of this warranty for your existing toys as well as any new ones you may purchase in the future.

To receive the 2-year warranty and 5-year quality gurantee, you must fill out the form above. The extended warranty is available for all Tracy’s Dog products, regardless of where they were purchased (Amazon, Official Store..Local store.). After you submit the form, your request will be processed and you will be added to the Tracy’s Dog newsletter database to receive updates and future offer.

Tracy’s Dog offers a one-year(Two-year) warranty for its products against defects caused by faulty workmanship or materials. This warranty does not cover cosmetic deterioration due to fair wear and tear, accidents, misuse, or neglect. The warranty is void if the product is disassembled or if its accessories are modified. In the event of a warranty claim, we will replace your product free of charge. 

All warranty claims need to be supported by reasonable evidence that the date of the claim is within the warranty period and that the device has a fault. This undertaking is in addition to a consumer's statutory rights and does not affect those rights in any way. If you experience any problems with your product or believe you are eligible for a warranty claim, please contact DTCsupport@tracysdog.com.

To claim the warranty for your Tracysdog product, please provide the following information:

  • Proof of purchase (e.g. email, order number, or name of purchaser)
  • A brief description of the problem you are experiencing with the product
  • A photo of the defective item

Once we receive this information at DTCsupport@tracysdog.com, we will review your claim and determine the best course of action. If the product is eligible for warranty coverage, we will repair or replace it at no cost to you.

In order to protect the health of you and others, the sold products will not be sold for the second time. Once the product is unpacked, we will not accept returns for any reason. For any after-sales questions about the product, please contact DTCsupport@tracysdog.com, once we receive your information and confirm that the product problem is covered by the warranty, we will replace it for free.

If you find that your product is faulty after the one-year warranty period has expired, or if you have lost your proof of purchase, you can still take advantage of this Warranty. Tracy’s Dog 5-years quanlity garantee entitles you to a 50% discount on www.tracysdog.com for a new purchase, up to a maximum of three items in a single order. The discount applies to the non-discounted price of the item and cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts. This discount is valid for one-time use only.

If a product does not function as warranted during the warranty period, you can obtain after-sales service by contacting TRACY'S DOG at DTCsupport@tracysdog.com and providing video or photo evidence of the defect. Please include your purchase date and product order number in your email so we can assist you promptly.
